DCWA
Welcome to the Web site of the Direct Care Workers Association of North Carolina. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of long-term care through public awareness, education and professional development of direct care workers.

We are central to care.

Who are direct care workers? We are nurse aides. We are personal care assistants. We are mental health technicians and others who are dedicated, compassionate, paraprofessional caregivers.

We are committed to quality.

I invite you to take a look around our site to learn more about the Association and how you can join us on our mission of education and quality care.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy your visit.
