Donations to the Association through December 31, 2007, are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law under an advanced determination ruling by the Internal Revenue Service. A final IRS ruling on the Association’s status as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code will be made in 2007.
